Capabilities & Applications

JS Machine & Valve provides mobile HF decontamination units for safe, on-site neutralization in refinery environments. Dual-tank skid systems with integrated handling allow valves to remain fully submerged during processing.

Following decontamination, valves can move directly into repair, machining, or inspection depending on service requirements.

Documentation & Quality Assurance

JS integrates testing and documentation into the decontamination process to verify performance and maintain traceability before valves return to service.

Relief valve testing (API 751 capable) is performed prior to neutralization in a controlled environment designed to reduce exposure.
